Lucy is only one year old, and she should be running and playing without a care in the world. But after a serious car accident, she's now struggling with a painful dislocated hip that requires immediate specialized treatment. Her veterinarian has recommended hip reduction and repair surgery to give her the best chance of keeping full use of her leg and living pain-free.
The estimated cost for Lucy's surgery and post-operative care is $12,000. This includes the procedure itself, anesthesia, imaging to ensure proper alignment, pain management, and follow-up rehabilitation. Without this treatment, she faces chronic pain and potential long-term mobility issues.
I'm still recovering from my own injuries from the same accident, and our family is facing enormous financial and emotional strain. Watching Lucy hurt while knowing she needs help we can't afford has been heartbreaking. She's our silly, smart girl who loves splashing through puddles and playing fetch—she deserves to be that happy puppy again.
Any contribution toward Lucy's surgery will make a real difference in her recovery and our ability to get her the urgent care she needs. Thank you for helping us give Lucy her life back. ❤️🐾
The funds will be sent to this hospital for treatment
